★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PNB is the slowest bank, with old staff, you won't be able to complete your work in a single visit to any PNB bank branches. Even for a passbook entry/ requesting an ATM card required multiple visits.

6. Person on half day/leave
7. Person is in toilet for last 1 hour, or gone out to smoke...
