R	Ravi Shankar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bank has placed different machines like for deposits, passbook printing, but most customers of the branch seem to be illiterate and they are left scratching their heads, and if for any reason some of them recognize you that you can use this machine, then you are the saviour,..... My point is the bank doesn't cares about their customer.

I visited for reactivation of my account since my Aadhar is of other state and looking that I am not from Bihar he used very bad words. He told if you do fraud then I need to go to other state to pick. I didn't understand how many cases he solved by picking/lifting customers from their house. Is PNB is really serious about there reputation and customer satisfaction??? I am having doubt, without support of seniors this won't happen. I seen a lady senior to him supporting him with illogicaly. I camplained against him but not sure of proper action, it's a case of Defamation planning to file a Defamation under section 499 and 500.
