★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a customer of this bank since last 7-8 years. The staff before 2-3 years was really kind and attending. Now they are full of aerogance, even dont know how to handle customers. Now a days service is really worst. Never had this type of service in my life before.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a customer of this bank- Punjab National Bank, Bapunagar Branch since last 3 years. I experienced as and when the bad, worse, worst and worst services from the Manager, staff, and ATMs. The manager Shri. Das and his staff some Abhishek, Nirav etc. seem hearing impaired to the customers. I mean they are irresponsible and unco-operative with the customers. The manager can not handle the staff as to how to get work from them. Other thing the ATM, Depositing M/c., Passbook Printing M/c. are always in un-operative conditions. If ATM is operative , there is no cash filled in it. As and when Computer System is laked. The whole staff with manager is Lame duck and full of arrogance, even dont know how to handle customers. Nowadays are customer–oriented service days, but here is 20 decade ago days in the bank. Never had this type of service in my life before.
I produced my FD Receipt to PNB, Bapunagar Br. on 21/02/2018 to renew. Mr. Nirav, the staff member and the Manger Mr. Das told me to come on next day at 11:00 A.M. Anyone can understand there is no time to consume for this work in the computer age. However I went the bank today (22/02/2018) at 11:40 AM i.e. 40 minutes late then given time. Althouth my FD Receipt was not ready. Nirav and Abhishek the staff member were whisphering but no answer to me. I wait upto 20 minutes. Thereafter I loss my patience and meet Mr. Das, the Manager. On my complaint he talked lightely with them and laughed. It was my insult. Is the costomer complaining a rediculous person?
I complained online for service of this branch also ago one time. And even thereafter I experienced bad, worse, worst and worst services from the Manager, staff, and ATMs. But I didn’t like every time to complain. Is it worthless to complain?
