★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally mismanaged. Except lady sitting at reception, i don't think people are helpful. Should start token system. If PNB wants to meet current digital world, they should work on employees first. There are few exceptions however due to overall aura and services giving one star

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff service is slow, they take time to work on computer, ask to wait but never call you until you ask many times. I went from panchkula to kharar branch to do the kyc and other issues . I submitted the form with all my documents but my kyc did not get done if I go to nearby branch they refuse to do it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff has a negative approach towards the customer. Even though they have rgts vouchers, they won't give it to the customer for doing rtgs. Have to wait too long to get the transaction done. Needs improvement.

But bank is neat and clean and at nice location with gud parking space
