Not even a single fan or AC is working. In addition to this, staff is busy on their personal phone, having conversation. Asked for the help, they send people from one counter to another and ask to fill the form at last. After asking them which form, they told to find ourselves. After I told that I will filed a complaint, they told "Go and complaint anywhere, we're not scared" (Jaha complaint karni hai karo, hume kisi se darr nahi lagta" - told by branch manager 'TC Verma'.
There should be an option where to file a complaint regarding their branch, staff service and everything else.
Hope #Punjab_National_Bank find what their branch offices are doing.
