★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some employees here think that they're gods because they're sitting down and the customer is standing before them. Most of them don't know how to talk to a human being, let alone a customer and their civic sense is just non-existent (especially the woman at the front desk that was in charge of closing the bank accounts in June 2020).
If you're thinking about opening an account with this branch, my advice is not to do it and save yourselves some bad experiences and headaches. The customer service is also very poor, I hope the government starts a training program teaching these government employees how to talk to people and help them with their problems, not ruining their day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very very bad service. staff has no manner how to talk people. They shouts on customers and insults them also. Other side, they laugh also. They all think if they are doing govt. bank job then they are the only boss over all customers. most importantly, they don't listen about the problems. so never aspect for resolution from their side. even the manager is also useless person in this branch. I suggest all the account holders to close their account from there. That money which is in the bank is our but they behave like we are beggars.
