★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic and completely unprofessional manager (Manoj Sinha) and the lady working with him. He don't know the way to talk to the customers and how to provide support if someone is old and unable to generate PIN. I never met the person like him in my life. Manger along with his staff is chilling his life there in the cabin and least bother about the customer facing issue outside his cabin, even he don't have time to see towards them. This is the main reason people generally prefer to private banks as they are much better in terms of services and supports to their customers.
Managers like Manoj sinha makes the govt. banks infamous.
