★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never use this ATM! I withdrawal money from this ATM and it dispensed Rs.200 notes. In which more than 5 notes are highly damaged. When i complained to PNB helpline regarding this problem, they told me that they don't have any PNB ATM in barola or sector-49. Now i complained in RBI grievance and waiting for there reply.
Never use this ATM! They are doing frauds.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly inefficient and uncooperative staff. Had to go to the bank 4 times to collect the same chequebook and the bank staff is just dismissive that we don't have. Finally got tracking ID and report from postman and then only they bothered to check and say what, it was there the whole time.
For passbook they printed someone else's credentials on mine and later just printed out them on a random page
Abhorrent bad behavior and service. Avoid if you can
