The banks are personnelled with efficient employees most of the time. Bur the ratio of customers and the employees is very huge. Therefore, it is very difficult on the part of the employees to serve the customers all at the same time. At present, the employees working there are very efficient and the BM also. The facilities are also good. But the main problem is the ATM attached to the bank in the ground floor. Most of the time, it remains dysfunctional.
Otherwise, the facilities and services are pretty good here in comparison with the State Bank of India ,Gurap branch.
