★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was using their ATM and I forgot to take the card back, so I went back to the branch for the card, first of all no body wasn't ready to talk, I just wanted to ask them either anyone has given to the branch or not, otherwise I have to block the card, that much courtesy they dosen't have , pathetic behavior ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All customers of this PNB Barasat Branch must experience harrasment from the bank staffs/Officers??. Every time you will face lots of crowd there because if a customer comes with any issue it won't be resolved after approach them at least 3-4 times. Thus a single customer roams there for a same matter many times. If someone wish to borrowed any loan from this branch I will suggest u that don't take it from this branch. It will take atleast 3 times more time than any other Branch/Bank. This is not an end you will also be harresed after taking the loan. The balance will be deduct any time after repay regularly. The most hilarious thing is that every time when u will visit the branch for any issue the official direct u move from one table to another and they will show how busy they are! But the reality is that they is not enough efficient for do their work propmptly and accurately. Thus I suggest you move to another Bank/Branch except the PNB Barasat Branch. I've shared my experience and make sure no one will be faced the problem like me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst bank in Barasat, they keep on harassing people all the time & they act that they are very busy all the time. They doesn't allow to visit the branch manager room, have to argue with the security guard for entering the branch manager room. The online activity is also worse they doesn't even bother to read the email of the customer. Neither they let us enter to the branch nor they provide their contact number. I would suggest not to open any kind of account here, there are lots of bank in Barasat visit some other bank for account opening.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are not helpful at all, they will keep harassing you for the same issue over and over. They will act like they are very busy most of the time if you try to approach them and will not be helping you promptly.
They will also not tell you all the documents required or all the things that need to be done in order to solve a problem and you will have to keep coming here over and over for the same issue
Also I tried to open a mutual fund here but their mutual fund guy didn't come to the branch for 2-3 days consecutively and so I had to come back every day and afterwards I opened the mf from another bank and it was hassle-free

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very small place, most of the automated machine not in working condition, very poor service, always crowded inside the bank, no waiting space outside the bank, can not drive or park your car or two wheelers, you will not received any response of your email, staff have poor knowledge. I have opened a S/B account 02.01.2021 but the account activated on June 2021 after lodged a complaint RBI Lokpal.
