★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is located near hudco more,behind the BCET. The service is moderate here. Generally BCET related issues are dealt here. Though it is for the localities also. Maximum time the adjacent atm runs out of cash.

1- Very bad service
2- No A/C.. It's too hot to handle during summers. .
3- No token system like SBI
4- NNot that much sitting arrangement like SBI
5- Staffs behavior is very rude with customers
6- If any customer wants to deposit 5500 rs in his account and he gives the bank 6000 r's then the bank does not give him the change of 500 .. But SBI gives you the change
7- Always no link I'm computer's...
NOTE -
These were the cons of this bank... This bank has nothing to say in pros . .
Better if you choose a different branch. . Pnb is quite good bout this bank is not good. .
I'll prefer you to make bank account in SBI, canara , etc.. But don't make in this branch .. And it's service is always slow. .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not good at all. I went tor an ac opening on 2nd sept 2021. The staff asked me to apply online as there was no offline procedure right now. And when I did it and submitted the ref no with KYC documents they asked me to wait sometime. After 2 hours they said server down and no approx time when it would get fixed.
Overall waste of time.
