★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first experience was good with this Branch. They have all the facilities. Last December I applied for debit card as per bank instruction. Till date they could not deliver the card. During last 15 days I visited the branch twice but they could not locate the card. As per their record the card sent by the authorities but not received at branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service of this bank was good before it was taken over by Punjab national Bank . Since it has become PNB their service has become horrible. This branch has a good customer base but the number of staff provided is quite less to meet the demand . The Branch Manager provided by the organisation is a good for nothing fellow. Neither can he work to improve the situation nor can he talk properly with the customers. A reputed bank like PNB cannot be expected to employ an inefficient person like him. Today (12.04.2021) there was a electricity failure and more than 50 people were stranded in a dark pitched room . For the first 15 minutes the Manager and the Bank authorities took no step. When the people started agitating the windows were opened by one of them but the Branch Manager kept saying ...I am not an electrician ... Thus is one of the incident that is happening in the Behala Chowrasta , Kolkata Branch of PNB . If any higher authority of PNB Bank is reading my letter ..please come to the rescue of the people who have their accounts in this branch .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The branch is horrendous... The employees are ill mannered they yell at customers without any apparent reason just because they asked something to them... We are not their servants they are sitting there to serve us that's what they are emploeyed for... Anyone reading this take an action against the employees... If necessary amends are not done... I have to take matter in my own hands and ensure that the employees learn certain manners...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer service and misguides the customer worsely. Will not tell proper documentation requirements and blame customer and harasses them for a lot of days. The loan officer is the worst. She just misguide and mistreat bank customers.
