They are kept to resolve people concern not to increase them but they are doing so
And they should be dammed for doing so

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think worst is a quite small word to describe the pathetic procedure of this branch. Staff is damn lethargic and inefficient. Before anything else, they should learn some basic manners as they don't know how to deal with customers. Every time I go, I return with disappointment only.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This branch needs to be dismantled or sold to HDFC or taken over by SBI.
The staff itself don't wear masks during their work at all. This bank like a you would from a corona patient. These guys are not going to help you in any business operation at all, it's not their concern as nobody knows what is happening. It''s best to shut down this branch as of late it's a pain in the neck to get anything done through this branch.
I request to some senior officials to give some training so that the staff of this BRANCH will learn some manners how to talk to customers..
I would like to give ZERO marks but there is no option in google... WORST STAFF I HAVE EVER SEEN....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely bad. The staff needs to be polite specially with the senior citizens.
The senior citizens are not guided well nor spoken to and are made to wait for the longest time.
The efficiency among the employees is zero.
No politeness in public dealing and absence of professionalism.
Specially the female staff needs to work on their tone and efficiency.
After that experience i realised no wonder people are moving towards private bank where they are entertained properly and needs are catered timely and effectively.
