★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very dissapointing experiance,Worst branch i hv ever visited in any of the bank, staff of this pnb branch dosnt knw hw to behave professionally.
Lady sitting on counter no. 1 is just taking salary of gossiping and commenting on customers. I will never prefer again to go there recomending anyone is soooooooo big thing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Employees have lack of knowledge and experience, no one know how to validate the bank account number from system database. On top of it no queue management, poor customer experience, they're degrading PNB reputation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed experience at this branch of PNB. Lady sitting at the counter no 1 is so rude and behaviour of her is not good. Very egoist lady. She even doesn't know how to talk to the customer. When we were sitting there and waiting for our DD, she was giving statements to other employees about me and my friend. Her words was "aaj kal to online payments bhi ho jati hain fir DD banwane kyu aa jate hain". And when we asked about this then she totally denied. This is the worst branch of punjab national bank. I will never suggest anyone to go to this branch even for small work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible branch clueless staff and manager.Trying to get my account transferred to Hyderabad since over a year, all accounts in other banks transferred without any hassle. Even after my Husband met Branch manager and Hyderabad branch have requested still they are unable to transfer my account to Hyderabad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No one interested to reply properly and they will send to another counter only, Manager also not interested in replying and refused to open the current account because I am having an account with HDFC Bank. He asked me to close that account then only I can open.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is good PNB branch their staff is very good and polite to people and very helpful, their cashier is also fast but there is a weakness in this bank a can not see a security guard in this bank or in their ATM also their ATM mostly don't work nor the passbook printing machine otherwise it is good bank in this area.
