★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My pnb card was blocked due to some security reason. My account is linked by delhi branch. I called to pnb customer care for knowing the reason for blocking my card and procedure to unblock it. I said, I am currently in jaipur,. Then they said don't worry visit your nearest branch and ask and fill some form after that they will reissue a new card instantly and services will be activated within 24 hours.I visit at pnb branch in vaishali nagar. Told the same to the thing to one of them stall member. He said, please visit your home branch in delhi. We are unable to process it. They didn't helped me. They are sitting there for our help.but they don't. Very poor service.i am not satisfied

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mostly the Managers incharge of this bank are helpful. Some times its ATM (attached with bank building ) is inoperative. The ATM had even got burned by a fire in May 2016.
The steps leading to the ATM do have a railing but it is on the WRONG side! The ramp has the slope of 1:1 and therefore quite useless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff including branch manager is not at all co-operative, I deposited a cheque for clearance but it was not sent the concerned bank and a msg of "chq returned " was sent to me with the directions to resubmit and Rs 118/- have been unduly deducted from my account, when I complained to branch manager he sent me to the lady who returned my chq, she sent me to another lady who again sent me to a male, the whole procedure took my half an hour, when I approached to the male staff he said "come after lunch" OMG, I was so depressed by the manner the staff behaved I returned to home.. Tomorrow I will get my account closed and/or will approach to consumer court. God help me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst bank on earth. Worst banking experience. I have visited various banks in my life but the worst bank of vaishali Nagar, Jaipur. The staff treats customer very rudely. Inefficient, incapable person are in this branch their attitude is as if they are doing favour to customers. For one thing they make customers to visit again and again. They give information in installments.
Worst bank. No system strict action must be taken towards such attitude of staff. RBI should take action against such behaviour of staff. One has to go to each and everyone of staff to resolve their issues. Really disappointed by their behavior.

But with poor maintenance and upkeep…
Poor standards of cleanliness & hygiene…
Comparing to ICICI or even SBI now, not withstanding with time. Feels quite outdated…
