★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there to use there ATM service . But had a very bad time there . The touch panel of the ATM machine is not responsive . After touching more than 20 times on one button the machine went to next page . And most of the time the transaction got declined because of time out .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very bad experience. staff is behaving like illiterate person. rude and uncivilized behaviour. I got heart by the way of talking by cashier(counter No 1) at about 11:25 AM on 13 Dec 2019. His name plate was not displayed and also he did not tell me his name. Totally disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service . Both manager(Miss. Deepika) and staff(Miss. Jyoti) are lazy good for nothing . PNB Circle office have to take strong action against them. From Aug 2020 to till 29th May 2021 we are requesting for change of address , submitted 3 time application on branch and 2 time over mail but nothing happened from the PNB team . Interesting thing when we call to PNB customer care and try to lodge complain against branch then repeatedly disconnect our calls.

I want ask a question that if nobody come to Bank then what is the need of Banking Staff?
