★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was quick today. Even though it has lot of old staff but they helped. Had some issue with the passbook printing but they helped in a polite manner considering the urgency today. The atm is also good with cheque deposit machine, atm and passbook printing machines.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor services. Even worse than one star should be zero. For everything you are to visit in person stand in line. After receiving cheque book take leave from your office and go to the counter to get it authorised. If this is the scenario then how will the customer come to govt banks. Reason for exodus of customers is the attitude sarkari babu type always ‘kaam atka’ do. Attitude of MsPoonam is rude and Casual also of the In charge of Branch saying ‘isme kya hai koi badi baat thodi hai ki cheque hamare galti se dishonour ho gaya’. Thanks for the nice words and work.
