I strongly advise that no one open an account with this branch.
This is most dreadful branch I have ever seen in India.
I have visited various parts of India, but I have never seen anything like the services and allegations that this has put out.
So, in 2015, I tool a laon from this bank and they provided me the loan amount after conducting research through lawyers, and after the lawyers complete their part of the investigation, they granted me the loan and then everything went perfectly.
Now on
Feb 2022, I received a call from the Branch alleging that their lawyers told that 1/10th of your property is not yours...
Seriously, I have lived on this land for the past 30 years, and they told my father that 1/10 of it isn't his..
As a result they have raised the interest rate and told us to pay up by March 31st.
My father was depressed as a result of everything..you guys put an immediate load on my father.
Every day, we received calls asking us to pay our dues...
So you didn't say anything from 2015 until...
Were your lawyers sleeping ?
Were the first lawyer who did inspection was wrong ?? How ??
No it was this branch intentions..
Being a public bank does not imply breaking any rules or regulations.
Hopefully this branch is functioning under RBI.
This is something I am going to bring up with the RBI
We have never missed a payment and have always paid you in time.
So you can't make such accusations and hike our interest rate from 8% to 11%.
I would like PNB's main branch to call and coordinate this branch's behavior.
You are in customer oriented market...
