★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doesn't look like a bank rather some government tax office, the staff is very rude and impolite, keep talking about their bitiya ki shadis instead of consedering time that is being wasted of the customers. Working hours are minimal and to top that they take a chai water loo washroom etc break every 10-15 minutes.
If you enquire about 2 things instead of 1, then they'll get irritated and would ask you to talk to the senior while the senior would send you back to another junior. All of whom are 50+
Really disappointed.
