Very helpful staff and very polite,has an atm And passbook updating machine also, special thanks to Mr dubey the manager for prompt resolution of my problem

Punjab national bank every one know about this type place but in this branch you feel more comfort like private bank staff is very helpful and polite even security guard is also ready to help to find slip ...or guide you which counter you need to visit.

One of the worst and pathetic bank staff I have ever come across. The staff is rude and really not helpful. Highly disappointed with their services.

This is probably the most non-cooperative experience of my life. Mr. Ashok Jain who is old enough to have ego to say that I can go on and complaint anywhere. I had a simple either of two requests. 1. Either provide me a statement of account so that I can have address proof. 2. Or I can be provided with a new passbook with the address. He said that it isn't possible because he doesn't have a staff. When I pressed that he has a staff, he himself including, he said that I can come on Monday. I replied I am coming from way too far then he asked where I am living and suggested me to go to the nearest branch. I said that I had an account here and this is how they are treating me and my dad was in PNB and this is how they are treating the staff then how will the branch where I don't know anyone will treat me. He laughed and said that staff or non-staff doesn't matter. I said that he is denying the service and I will file a complaint to which he said I can complaint anywhere and he doesn't have a staff. So I shot a video where staff is sitting free. He said complaint to manager and I said social media is the best place. Despite that I complaint to manager - Mr. Kuldeep Dubey. He did fix the issue and yes he is manager but Govt. offices being Govt. Offices I think he can't do anything of old peeps who does nothing but deny services. I wish he was competent enough to suspend that guy.
