★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a very old and famous bank branch of PNB in Govindpura, Raisen Road Bhopal just opposite to Bijali colony, Govindpura Bhopal. A nice but loss making one of the nationalised banks. Cooperative and friendly staff. Good services. Bad loan has increased PNB loss besides NPA. Nice bank branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. Every single person I contacted in this branch including peon and Manager, was very disappointing.
I had to only drop my check nothing else even now two days it couldn't done due to branch employees procrastination.
Firstly I was misbihaved at the branch entrence at day one and after that when I convey the same to branch manager he just taken it casually and support this misbehavior by asking me do u have any proof for the same. It was really really disappointing, after this I won't be able to visit this branch in future and I am thinking way around to transfer my all accounts including my loan account from PNB ,to restrict myself to get any interaction with these unprofessionals and high attitudes people who cannot give respect to their customers.
