★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service post loan sanction. Manager is pathetic. Never replies, receives call or bothers to hear your complaint. Changed my loan tenor as per his wish even though I have the sanction letter. Since it's not a private bank, they don't even care about the consequences. Stay away from this bank.
Update- after lodging a complaint in consumer forum, I got my loan tenor and EMI reinstated. Hope this tells you what kind of service this bank provides.
