★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst bank in the world.They never talk to the customer with polite way they always talk to the customer with rude behaviour. Especially with Muslims and the branch manager has lot of arrogance
Even we are customer not the servent and I am writing this feedback just because of you take action against them.
I never recommend to anyone to open the account in punjab National Bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service of this bank. The staff doesn't talk politely, they don't care about the customers and their service, most of the time they don't have internet connection and they say no to work. This branch needs to be improved and it's employees.

No Contact Number for Branch, No customer support.
If a person has account in this branch and lives away from agra now, has to contact for some services, he needs to come to agra for even small requests.
They do not have any contact number to ask for help.
