★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good bank and staff person is good as per behaviour and management is very good and there are separate counters for every work and there is a passbook printing machine and cash deposit machine outside bank and there is not so much rush as per branches and staff person do their work very fast and talking way is very good to account holders and there is a big space inside bank for waiting and sitting area staff is very responsive and efficient .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse bank I have ever seen and visited.If the Google had allowed them I would have rated in minus stars.If you want your work to be done then you need to visit at least 3 times. Frequent Server down,very few staff,machines not working are very common.This was my personal experience. Decision is yours.

It's take 20 days for KYC when you contact after 20 days then he will check all their dustbin and find out your form and tell wait for next 7 Days. Poor management and Poor service. When you will complaints then no taking serious action on your issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst bank service unprofessional and horrible bank staff and each staff act like a "Boss" Also seems like management also don't care about customers issues as there are lots of negative comments lying on this platform but till today no improvement experience against staff behavior. Hence being as customer we should keep distance and search alternate baking option

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is shalimar garden branch of Punjab national Bank. We all are aware about working culture of government offices and bank and this is no exception. As usual employees here are rude and lazy. They all have their own way to work. No respect of the customer. To get work done in this bank is equal to get the piss of eagle. I hope you understand.

Manager Rakesh support him when I complaint ....nd at there all staff support each other in misbehave nd rude with customers......worst staff in this bank no manner no professional as they behave or act or supportive with customers .... they are not good at all Special Kundan is too much cross the limit of rude nd loudly stupid way he talk to customers I have video recording also send email 5 months ago to pnbcare but no action nothing happens recent I visit agian and he was behaving same
