★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Earlier it was on ground floor, but now it's on first floor. I feel something is missing here. There were hardly any customers seen when I visited. Why? No idea. The next-door Canara Bank was filled with customers! Why did I give 3 stars? I don't know. It just deserves only 3...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer service. I had applied for a home loan, they cheated me with 1,00,000 and never shared a copy of the sanction letter with me.
The staffs are not responsive to any issues or applications. Never trust these people. They are spoiling the brands name.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know what kind of attitude they are showing to their customer's. I wanted to take housing loan and had partially completed all the documentation. When I was viewing the property insuarance paper, got to know that these guys had made an addition of INR10,000/- for no reason and on asking the same they appologized and said this was bymistake done.. Like what? if any customer doesn't dig and research, you guys would extract money from all possible means.. Moreover, they give the sanction letter on blank paper, lol.. What kind of business you guys are planning to do? Fool customers and extract the money.. We as customers, trust you and reach to you for better finance support and what you do to us clearly narrates your intention.. Guys, better don't take housing loan or any such loan from PNB. Stay safe better it's late.

When a common man is penalised for maintaining less than s minimum balance to b maintained.
