★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not happy with the customer service. Trying to contact the branch (Approx. 50 times) for the past two days on the official numbers. The bell is ringing but no one is bothering to attaned. I wonder is it called customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service..... Going to bank and doing a small thing like opening a bank account also feels likes fighting kargil war. Opening aa account may take upto 8 to 9 days as half the staff is absence, wandering, chating enjoying tee etc etc...

I like services but not the service providers...
Some of the clerical staff do not understand at all that other people too have important time...they just looooove to keep you waiting...and keep talking to you like rubbish....
Some of them are really good...fast ....and understanding.... Only reason m giving it 3 stars

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's is located on the highway... So traffic jams occurred every now and then due to common street entry for other banks as well. And parking is not available that's make it more complicated.
