Based on the data available with Reserve Bank of India, among state run banks in India, PNB topped in the number of loan fraud cases across India with 389 cases totaling Rs 65.62 billion over the last five financial years.[5]
PNB has a banking subsidiary in the UK (PNB International Bank, with seven branches in the UK), as well as branches in Hong Kong, Kowloon, Dubai, and Kabul. It has representative offices in Almaty (Kazakhstan), Dubai (United Arab Emirates), Shanghai(China), Oslo (Norway), and Sydney(Australia). In Bhutan it owns 51% of Druk PNB Bank, which has five branches. In NepalPNB owns 20% of Everest Bank Limited, which has 50 branches. Lastly, PNB owns 84% of JSC (SB) PNB Bank in Kazakhstan, which has four branches.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor staff service. They just give you days to come again . I visited 4 days to take debite card and waited 30 minutes daily . But every day I get the response to come next day. And by the chance if you don't have passbook with you these are not liable to listen for any word.. very poor staff service.

Very poor staff service. They just give you days to come again . I am 13 years saliery custmer but i visited 3 month to take 2 lakh loan and waited 2 hourse daily . But every day I get the response to come next day. And by the chance if you don't have passbook with you these are not liable to listen for any word.. very poor staff service. Continue visit, and next day visit.. Bakawash bank sailery bank change to SBI very better

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bank service of Bairagarh Branch bhopal is very poor. Branch Manager is mostly not present and staff appears to be not properly trained. I am a very old customer of pnb, and wanted to open internet banking .I applied for password on 4th Jan 2021 but till date (10th Feb 2021) I could not get internet pw. I made several visits to the bank but the staff is most uncooperative.
