Lacks in basic sanitation. Employees are the worst. I went there to deposit water tax for the first time and when i asked the person on counter no 2 named BK Agrawal about a pity thing in their form and at an instance he replied "ab bhaiya hum form nahi bhar sakte" in such a rude way and he did not even bother to help me (let me be clear the counter was vacant and it was first day of the week).

But some of employee's are very rude and arrogantly behave to there visitor..i only said that you got the post to deal to us you're for us so kindly behave politely and respectfully.
