Staff is really really mean and rude i hate them now...
Wish i would have not gone there..
They say only one thing machine is broken..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very hectic branch...we submitted documents for closing account but our application was not forwarded for 3 days...On fourth day when visited branch for enquiring about account closing, the application was on the same position where we submitted to bank staff.....very slow work...less manpower....truly not satisfied..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No Advance Equipments, No proper management, Old people working for years, No Answer for the query.
Bank Time is 10 - 4:30.
Staff working Time :- 10:30-11:00 - 4 before that and after that they lock the shutter only.
And no Respect to any category Customer.
Apart from Cash and Relationship Department other department will not even talk to customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The PNB, special the Malad East Branch is the worst bank and branch in its services to ever experience. No proper management in all corners of services, from ATM to self service kiosks to the staff. Even the Manager also has no time to attend your problems or questions. Really disappointed!
