★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I created an a/c here in early September 2017. They gave me the passbook after 2 weeks, but did not scan my signature. This is almost November, and they are yet to do it, citing staff shortage!! As a result, I cannot do any transaction and cannot withdraw my own money!! If you want to see slow government machinery "at work" (pun intended), welcome to PNB alpha 2 greater noida.

Despite submitting the form 2 weeks ago,the authorities did nothing & almost lost the form along with the printouts of necessary documents.. They demanded to get my biometric done again despite doing it earlier..I hope that this mentality of the authorities change sooner or later!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Branch Managers Behavior is not good at all. He was showing lot of attitude and arrogant nature to me just because I was standing with my brother who has gone to open Sukanya Samriddhi Account for her daughter. Branch manager was asking for local address proof ! My brother has account in PNB at some other PNB branch out of Greater Noida town and he is residing with me in greater noida on rent and he has no local address proof but I have gas connection on my name so I just told branch manager about it and he started quarreling with me. He talked to me in ruthless manner i kept quit and got out the bank!
