★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Giving one star only as I can't give the branch lesser than it. Surely worst bank branch of this universe in term of its dealing with customers. Staff of the branch is highly incompetent, rude, arrogant, clueless and good for nothing. They consider customer as burden and will do anything but helping you out. Branch manager is also very lethargic and has no control over her staff. Unlike PNB serampore branch, other PNB branches are far more efficient and better. They can help you even through email but as far as this branch is concern, you will get nothing despite visiting the bank several times. Image and reputation of PNB is deteriorated because of such staff and branch. May God save the PNB.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very lethargic and misbehaving staffs. Always they say "NO" for any type of offical works. Always they say to their customers to come later when covid situation would be normal. If covid stays 5 years in India there are no work in PNB serampore branch. Already 2 years over, govt paying them normal salary to give their customers normal services. Passbook printing machine and ATM are not working all time. Very poor experience.
