Meanwhile, I saw that you have debited 34000/- at 3 o.clock and after 5 pm you have credited the said amount. WHY the said amount not sent to yes bank, Mumbai by nft.on 03.02.20

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aadhar correction, rectification, new apply... Done here. Nationalised Bank branch. Near to bataitala more. Good service provided. Cheque clearing, cash deposit machine, ATM..... facility available. Staff are cooperative and well behaved. Branch is situated on the main road and is much old. Nowadays most of the banking jobs like neft, fund transfer, tax payment, statement generation etc. are done online or through apps developed by banks still some customer come to bank for cash deposit/withdrawal, statement of account ATM card etc. they don't have to face any problem. ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst branch. Staffs are rude and hardly care to cater service. Many of the staffs are having physical disabilities hence making the bank experience very slow. Also they don't offer many services to customers (like Passbook Print most of times), Zero Balance account opening. But they will redirect you to a nearby shop where they have given agency to cater customer service. I do not understand Why I have to go to a agent when the branch can serve the same product. Managers are often gets replaced. I made a Customer complaint which is hardly attended till date after 6 months
