★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience there. Staff quiet unprofessional to answer the questions. Talk in rude manner. They refused to deposit amount less than 10000 and asked to go to nearby their partner kiosk outsourced. Also, refused many non home branch customers to serve. The manager there also told me that they not entertain the deposit of different Pnb branch cheque to process later I asked them to give in writing so that I can approach RBI. He later cleared the same cheque .Also, he do not respect customer care executives as they had told me to go to any Pnb bank branch to deposit the cheque.
