They were self confused about what to say to the customer for their queries.
They were not so helpful and they were busy talking with each other rather than helping the customer.
They are very much interested on the customer background profile and have gossips on that.
They want to know where the customer work how much the package is and talk about it amongst each other for their gossips.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You will have good experience here, as per popularity compared to other banks in nearby area, this branch is not mostly crowded, you will get your things done on priority.
Also bank and its atm is easily accessible from road, with place of parking infront of it and also nearby marriage hall parking available

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Banking Experience of all time. I visited recently with one of my family members who wanted to take print out of Bank Statement. Charges per side of the Page was Rs.40 so per page cost would be Rs.80 . When asked for the soft copy of Bank Statement they refused it and literally charge Rs. 1200 for 15 Pages.
Staff is very rude and not even understanding customer’s expectation. Very soon PNB Bank will receive the worst Banking Facility award.
Irrespective of the sector any Company / Org who understands and give value to customer they will definitely be in Top from all good aspects ... !!!
