★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience with this bank. Workers are really lazy and non co-operative. They don't deal customers properly. The staff is not efficient and wastes a lot of time in gossiping. The management and maintenance is really bad. Their lunch break never ends. Most of the staff members sit empty while one or two of them do the the work will slow speed. They refuse to do any work half an hour before the time. Never come to this bank until very necessary. Even for getting a mere KYC done, they called for 5 days and still the work was not done. I find SBI better at times but situations are a little same for both the banks. Not only these in fact all Indian banks are almost the same. Really shamefull????
