★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would have given 0 star if there was option. These people dont want customers they dont care for account opening. They do lot of drama for even kyc completion of online accounts. Worst service didnt even send atm after 1 month. They completed kyc and everything and now when i get my cheque for withdrawl of money they say signature is not available in system. What kind if service is this???? Rude staff taking govt job for granted they dont care if bank gets customers or not. They just dont want to take any effort.

Other love to send people back or to other window. For 1 form I had to go thrice. The lady who sent me back twice herself was having that form. Plus she is so slow. Plz send them to pvt banks for a month or 2 for training in how to listen n help clients.
I restarted my account after 2yrs & my experience was so bad that I am looking forward to stop it again.
