today visited...server was down....and staff was behaving like an holiday hours...Landline no. was also down...I asked that i will visit again but give me any mob no. or inform me when problem get resolved...but they denied to give mob no....and they just asked me to note landline no written on display...when already they know its not working....
very bad experience with staff...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a waste of time here..the staff and the manager...both do not know the basics of government services. No one knows how to transact with the NPS account. Even when on NPS website, the branch name is mentioned, these guys simply say that they have no knowledge of NPS and referred us to Fountain chowk..fountain chowk guys..mr. KL ARORA referred us back to the sector 46 branch. This was such a bad experience. Just .A sheer waste of time. I wish i knew how to complaint agaianst them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While searching for the atm to drop cheque on saturday in this bank , i went to two places one was an atm and the other was a branch that had an atm connected to it , but both places did not have a cheque drop box facility .The management should ensure this facility at every atm , cause not everybody can come in working hours to bank.
