Dirty, not enough sitting area.
Neither place to stand in queue.
Rude and deaf staff makes your experience always unpleasant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cash Deposit Machine set up not working most of the times. Sometimes, they even give excuses like link not working, server error etc. when you go there to deposit money in an outstation bank account.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To much crowd in Bank. All most basic facility are not good. Eg. Opening Bank Account, Passbook Printing Machine etc in worst condition.
Not enough space in the bank when starting of month.
Atm Machine is not working 24×7
Untrained officers are fill up by PNB HQ.
Need to improve basic faculty in the bank

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience i had ever on any bank. The bank is in almost on a 30 40 years old building and the ban is only upgrading their gadgets and flooring any time the building can get over. The machine for self transfering of machine is almost dead everytime i visit. Bank staffs are so lethargic and talk rudely to everyone. If anyone is seeing my review before opening your account pls go through any private bank where you can get better treatment.
