I came here to get a dd .... they took many hours wasting time and after two hours of waiting , the person went HOME for lunch , now they say another two hours waiting is required
I complained to Manager Mr Ashok Garg and his behaviour was rude enough ...
I would never do banking with this branch in future
Staff not available on seats ... either out for personal job or gone home for lunch

This bank is situated in the centre of the city on Garh Delhi road near Arya samaj Mandir and just opposite Arya Nagar.
It is a big branch and remains crowded most of the time.
It is the main branch of PNB in hapur, and many other Bank branches like Punjab and Sind, Bank of Baroda, ICICI Bank adjacent to it.
