★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This branch people never come on time in branch ,if bank time is 9am then this people will come till 9.45am out if 7 people 2 will come on time and also who the people is in branch that people don't know how to operate the system and all, most of the time ATM is not working. How this bank is handles the coustmer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is not customer friendly. Educated but not having basic banking knowledge. For any kind of enquiry they will say we don't know. We will let you know. They don't have person to manage internet banking facility.
Time to upgrade this branch staff. Not satisfied at all being as their customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am in virar west branch withdrawing some high amount and they clearly said no. And imidiatly went for lunch , every single staff doing lunch in same time just like party. They don't care about their customers . Bank staff have totaly casual attitude, taking just gvmnt free ki salary
Very disappointed with there customer service. Giving 0 star
