★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer care and other people in the bank are not professional as other Banks. Staffs always irritating I don't know why. I have also has a account in that's branch but try to avoid due to behaviour of the staff. Some of the staff are changed I think that make it a better deals compare to previous experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is the most unprofessional branch I have seen in my Life. I have a saving acct. in this branch. Most of the staff are non coperative. They treat their customers in most irritate manner. They don’t value for their customer and donn’t have the time essence for their customer. Due to their irritating behaviour, most of the accts holder prefer or opting to close or transfer their accts to other branches. In my opinion this branch need to be closed. Or The Sr. Management of the PNB need to intervene and arrange for the proper functioning of the branch with close monitoring.
