★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner of this shop is a fraud. Gave me a fragile frame, for the second frame promised to deliver the next day and today is 13th day and counting. To annoy more, he never picks calls from my number. Must have called 30 plus times. When he picks call from a different number he has the guts to shamelessly shirk away saying... "I need some time". Total fraud. Going to drag this one to court.

They even charged me Rs70. For changing nose pads of my spectacle.
Never in my knowledge any optician shop charged for such minor repairs.
Initially I was not informed of the Charges.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible place. They will sweet talk when trying to make a sale, but refuse to pick up the phone or even attend to you after the sale. The staff is extremely rude. They sell inferior quality products in the name of 'branded' frames. No value of commitment. Would advise to steer clear of this place
