★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor experience cheating the customer by using very poor quality of glasses in place of Crizal.I bought spectacles for my son they got scratched within a month and i had paid for Crizal glasses which r meant for scratch less. Cheating with small kids health.Totally disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad behavior with customer if customer doesn't buy glasses from them. I visited there and they started showing me glasses and frames. They were of very ingenuine price, when I didn't buy and tried moving out they forced me to purchase and told Anpad, Gwar, Aukat nahi hai to kyo aate ho dukan, tumare jaiso ko ham dhakka marte hai, bla...... bla.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He is a thug..selling the frames of 200 rs. for 2000 rs. and no guarantee,,Bad behaviour,,I got my specs for Rs 5000 and it broke in a weak. I went to ask him for the brand and he refused to tell me the name and behaved so badly. Filed a case in consumer court..and his son who I believe is just 2-13 year old is more manipulative. Tried selling broken frames to another customer..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ About two week ago ,I went to Punjab optical I've been to numerous eyeglass Stores before including privately owned stores and franchises however in Punjab optical it was different experience with staff member and owner was amazing ! Thay made my visit enjoyable They really went out of there way in explaining the different kinds of frames they were in my budget and also provide me with other options as well I appreciate there patience this was my first time getting glasses so I was definitely a fish out of water and had no idea what I was looking for. Super experience
