Very strange for Punjab Police, without investigating and without arresting the case, the IO Sanjay Kumar declared Innocent to accused for commenting Offence u/s 8 POCSO Act and 354 of IPC. I am talking about a FIR no. 7 dated 15.1.18 registered u/s 8 of POCSO, u/s 354, 323, 341 and 34 of IPC at PS-Sohana, Mohali. On 13.01.18. three identified person and 4-5 unknown person sexually assaulted mother and her minor daughter. Matter reported to IO Sanjay Kumar at night 13.01.2018 but he did not take action even IO Sanjay Kumar refused to get medical examination. The victims themselves went for medical examination at Civil Hospital phase-6, Mohali. Again on 14.01.2018 went to registration of FIR met with SHO but no action taken on complaint but on insisting IO recorded statement of minor child but did not lodge FIR in the evening on 14.01.2018 IO Sanjay Kumar and another 15-20 market committee members of village - Jagatpura reach to house of victim and pressurized for compromise. The victims were put under threat of danger of life and liberty. It was being done just because the victims are poor persons. They do not have no any political support. Somehow on 15.01.2018 FIR registered against three identified person but police did not take action upon them. They were roaming freely and were gathering witnesses and evidence in their support. When complaint was given against IO Sanjay Kumar, to SSP Mohali the complaint was reffered to DSP City-2, Mohali. IO Sanjay Kumar gave his statement that victims first time came to police station on 15.01.2018 and as per secret investigation no offence u/s 8 POCSO and 354 IPC has been committed. "this fact is totally wrong and contrary to the facts and circumstances of the complaint" 1. Victims first time approached to PS-Sohana, Mohali on 13.01.2018 for registration of FIR but police did not take any action. 2. Again on 14.01.2018 victims went to PS-Sohana, met with SHO and recorded statement but again polo e did not lodge FIR against accused. 3. At round 7:30pm on 14.7.18 IO Sanjay Kumar accopmnying with president of market committee and it's members approx 15-20 came to house of victim and pressurized them for compromise victim flatly refused for compromise. 4. Somehow in night 15.01 18 FIR was registered against three identified as persons. Despite all these fact IO gave statement before DSP that victims came first time on 15.01.2018. Very strange that police making investigation in support of accused to prove them innocent. IO did not make arrest of accused. There are clearlt violations of POCSO act. Which provides if any offence registered under POCSO, within 24 hours FIR has to be reported to Session Judge or Child Welfare Committee and her statement must be recorded but IO did not do this. IO did not talk about medical of victims which clearly proves their version. Even till date no any action has been taken accused they are roaming freely and making comments upon victims. The Minor is in depression she may took any wrong step then in that case only IO Sanjay Kumar and SHO PS Sohana would be liable. Please it is requested to Punjab Police that kindly give justice to victims. They can not be ignored only on the ground that they are poor and they do not have any approach. In general manner we have seen such cases that even in stalking cases police makes arrest of accused and then investigate the matter so that accused may not hamper with the investigation of the case but here in sexual assault upon minor police have given hand in the hand of accused to prove them innocent. Police is not making fair investigation of the case and have proved the accused innocent.

As you all know that this police headquarter maintain law and order in the city ..... but it is as good for its services too.

Worst police of India .they are lotting the people of any basis . They don't even use mask but shouts on your face and acts like they are the president of India.
