★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this bank facility on 21st July, 2021 for linking my mobile with adhar card. Since I am a govt employed doctor , I have shortage of time.
As I entered the bank, the security man told us that system is down since 3 days and asked us to come next time. We reminded him that system is working well, then he said the lady who handles this is taking break. After 15 mints passed, I tried to contact the other bank employee, who said that the lady who handles this, is not coming and service will be available only when she joins duty. We were asked to leave the place for no reason in rude way.
How can one expect to have a banking service with such rude customer service. Or they are nice only till they see people's money and afterwards they are looters in disguise of banking service.
Stay away from this bank and their snobbish staff.
God save common man from such banks.
