Staff of this bank is not good. They behave rudely with customers and giving negative reply always.

Manager here is very friendly, nice and a decent person. Apart from that, rest of the staff is also good. And as the ATM is in the vicinity of Bank, its always running. Even during the time of demonitisation, this was the ATM which was running 24x7.

Best bank in term of customer service in Najafgarh Area. You will get your work done easily on time if you have all the necessary documents with you. The staff is very helpful and you will not see much rush here.

i am lodging this complaint against manager of this branch..His name is RAHUL SINHA.. and. Behavior of staff and manager of this branch is very bad. i have been troubled for 4 years in this branch.  I have asked them for my netbanking username and password, bt didn't get it. so i visited their branch  and i found that my customer id was disabled. so i asked them to activate my disabled id so i proceed further. i have met through all formalities multiple times , submitted aadhar card, pancard all details but did not get a valid reason and no response till now.i was fed up by submitting my documents multilpe times but the staff did not listen. and the manager was always busy. secondly, around 4 months ago, when i tried to apply for new atm card , they told me to bring pan card nd at that time i was carrying my new pan card after name changed due to marriage  and i asked them to add my new details as per my new pan card but staff ignored me and insist me to bring old pan card. and then misbehaved. And today, i have sent my sister to bring her atm and then they said they rejected her application without informing her. atleast they can inform us that application has been rejected. when she asked branch manager why they rejected her application... they have no single reason to tell and no phone because they dont have a phone in their branch,and 15000  account khulte hain roz  yaha kya phone krke btaaye ki reject hua hai , branch manager added. after all this incidence. i made a call to branch manager, and asked reason behind this. but he is irresponsible person, he does not have a sense how to assist a customer, lack of poor services, don't listen my problem. they also cut my call and did not listened me. unprofessional behaviour towards customer. He was rude, aggressive. bad manner ... Try to avoid to open ur account in this branch..

it took me 4 months to open a current account in this bank. so i guess this sums up the services this bank is going to offer you. Probably the worst bank in terms of services. I have submitted application multiple times to get my internet services started but in vain. They won't listen to you. no customer value, jus nothing. Bitter experience
