★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just like all the other goverment sectors in punjab , they will lie that you called the wrong branch and wont even provide any kind of information about the other branch even when its the right branch we have called all in all , if the goverment pays them our tax rupees its better to not employee anyone at all or employee a damn 12 year old he or she will do a better job than these lazy goverment employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Long Power cuts are a regular feature of pspcl. No body Care's in the department. Even after several complaints at 1912 no one care. Long power cuts in the month of June July is a big problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Behavior of the staff are very rude on some times, they don't give your proper clarifications about your inquires, so you need to go there several times to confirm about your status. There is no value contact details that are providing here in google because they never pick up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had google given us the choice to award negative stars too, this institution must have gained many, I believe. Pathetic services, although the ministers and chief ministers are yelling out to have achieved the target assigned for desired production rather claiming the surplus electricity, power cuts are still on in the name of repair and other faults.
Even the S.D.O. and other higher authorities will fail to teach you the ways and means used to calculate the bills. It is on their will that the meter man can issue you a bill on average consumption and then inflate the next bill on his own assumptions.
The whole city roads and streets are full of poles with wires dangling here and there.

I have got this month bill which is more than triple of last month bill and more than double of last year bill of this period.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Long power cut with indefinite time and without any reason is the special feature of PSPCL. They cut the power every time when a leave moves 1 meter from its place. And in summer expect 6-10 times power cut with indefinite timings, no one will answer your call. Probably the given number is just for show, no one ever take the call from that number.
Horrible and disgusting service.
