★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The society is small but needs construction of roads , painting . It's is not at all maintained . The Society ground is also not upto the mark nor has any Huts for people to sit and talk .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lanes are narrower than most of other societies, good space at landings onneach floor, parking for guests can be a issue. They are upgrading the cemented floor with interlocking tiles, that may bena good thing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I lived here for around a year in 3352. It was a 3bhk apartment at the 1st floor. I stayed there on rent (1bhk) while an another family stayed there (2bhk) on rent too. My flat owner (Rajinder S Lucky) which behaved like a decent gentleman turned out to be so mean and money hearted FRAUD. The amount which he took as advance n was refundable, never returned me back. Never picked up any call from my side. Overall please take in written whether you are owner or tenant. About society the material used to build this society is not upto good quality, bad quality of wiring leading to short circuits, less mixture of cement in plaster (fragile plaster), some parts have lots of dampened walls, poorly chaired-membered committee. Lastly not a cheerful society, it’s an old one with mostly elders living in it..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good society in Sector 49, Chandigarh. Ground floor flats as well as flats with stilt parking are also available. A 3BHK in this society is very spacious. The society is not very crowded. The local amenities are near by. Located at a walking distance from the PGI Dispensary. The society is guarded.
