★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called them to book ticket in tatkal in local reservation category that was costing to Rs. 2,500.
Day 1
1.They failed to book ticket saying that it was not available. They also told me your ticket will booked in next day in AC Class, for which I said NO clearly, as I CAN"T AFFORD IT.
Day 2
1.They are informing me they have booked ticket in Tatkal 1st Class (AC) costing Rs.4,500/-.
I call them, reply from their side "sir ji app travel kar lo, ticket nahi mil rahi hai, paise baad me bhej dena".
I asked them to just cancel my ticket & refund money back, to which they said it's not possible in Tatkal Category.
