★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the oldest housing societies in wadgaonsheri. Not well designed as no parking space was designed keeping future in mind. Mostly Marathi crowds. Location is good but not great. Market is available just outside. Rent is too high for such an old society. Resale value of flats here is now saturated and even low as compared to current market rates.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't say much, my brother in law's family stays here and I had to go for a customary dinner event. The society seems nice and we'll placed. Not difficult to locate, people are nice as well. But not the guard, trust me not him. He can be rude and I guess he does his job of keeping outsiders, well outside.
There is a volleyball court right in the center of the society and the folks have a game going every now and then. Excellent stuff if you like to participate in a game of volley!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Society living is what describes this place. A lot of cultural occasions in and around this place disturbs the peace and quiet of this place. But residents have accessibility to most shops and useful utilities. There is always a chance for improvement.
